The author grew up as a "third-culture kid." Born in Alaska, she was raised in the Last Frontier, the Middle-East and Texas. When she isn't working on her criminal justice degree, writing action/adventure novels or mucking stalls, she's on the road exploring, working on art projects and putting in quality time at the gun range.
