Hi, I am Angela. I have dual disorders. I am a recovering alcoholic and I have psychiatric disorders of Major depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety disorder, PTSD, and ADD. I struggled the symptoms for many years before I was properly diagnosed in an integrated treatment center which combed my alcoholism and my psychiatric disorders together. It was only then i began to find relief from the symptoms. I do take medications for the symptoms and I have a therapist who I see every week. I have studied on dual diagnosis and on my disorders for many years. It was only when I began to learn about the diagnosis I was able to let go of the fear of what I had and I gained power over the symptoms and the disorders.. I have put a lot of work into my books.
