Anne Kazungu Okwera is a Human Resources Professional with 20 years experience in operation and strategic management. Anne has a Masters Degree in Management Studies from Uganda Management Institute and wrote the thesis ' Drivers of Employee Engagement in Non Government Organizations in Uganda. She has a background in working with humanitarian and international charities such as British Red Cross, Oxfam, and BRAC and also has a corporate background having worked with MTN Telecommunications and Uganda Telecom in Uganda. This book is the author's first published edition and is borne out of real-life, hands-on experiences in human resources incorporate or for-profit and non-profit organizations.
