Born and raised in the northern town of Cochrane, Ardis Proulx has been making an impact from an early age. Whether competing in singing competitions, starring in musicals, or volunteering with local organizations, she has always had a knack for community involvement. Her love for storytelling led her to contribute articles to *The Cochrane Times-Post* while still in high school, capturing local stories with insight and passion. With 13 years of experience at the Cochrane Public Library, Ardis fostered a love of learning and community engagement. Now, as the manager of the Cochrane Regional Food Bank, she continues to make a difference—this time, one meal at a time.
