Ava Wolfe Garrett, (pen name Ava Ryann Wolfe,) lives in Northern Oregon and is married to James Garrett. Ava is a native Central Oregonian who dabbles in blog writing, poetry, short stories, playwrights, and novel writing. She began recording her poetry during the Covid-19 lockdowns, and now has a collection of over 100 poems. Her short playwright, A Sweet Soul to Save Me, her short story, Ladislao, along with a collection of five poems earned honorable mentions in the Scholastic Art and Writing 2022 contest. Two years later, Ladislao was then featured in the Fantastic Worlds Anthology through Something-Or-Other Publishing, (SOOP LLC.) She has two poems featured by Skrews Syndication and a short story accepted by OpenDoor Review in 2023. Ava's debut novella, Ladislao's Influence, was published December 2023.
