Dr. McCrary is currently an Associate Professor at Western Illinois University teaching in the college of Law Enforcement and Justice Administration. He has over 25 years experience in both training capacity and also in academic settings. Dr. McCrary is also the founder of a nonprofit organization entitled Maleness to Manhood Inc., which is a mentoring program for inner-city youth. In addition to his work for Juvenile Court, Dr. McCrary has worked as a counselor, consultant, therapist and crisis intervention specialist for various organizations. Dr. McCrary is highly experienced in the field of Social Science, administration of justice, and educational leadership.
