NoneNeil Harrison was born in Blackburn Lancashire and studied Pure and Applied Physics in which he received a first class degree. He worked for over 20 years in the space and telecoms industries, based in the UK, Germany and France. In the course of this work he established and managed Telecoms engineering design companies. Since 1987 he has been living in the alps in Germany, France and finally in Switzerland where he lives now, and has taken part in many mountain bike races. He lives in a chalet in the Valais region of Switzerland where there's a 1,100m cycle climb starting outside his front door.
