Born 1963 in the city of Hull, East Yorkshire and attended Ings Road Primary and then Junior School before attending Bilton Grange Senior High School and it was there that I first began to put pen to paper and write, filling entire exercise books with short stories, encouraged by Mr Kelly, the English teacher who kept on pushing me to create story lines, develop characters and backgrounds and to fully flesh out the worlds I created in my imagination… I lost track of Mr Kelly when I left school but I never stopped my writing, attending night classes to develop my writing skills further whilst working to provide for my family and eventually I stopped the writing as my occupation and family commitments took my time but I never stopped wanting to write and three years ago I began again, this time encouraged on by my wife, Suzanne, who kept pushing me to complete at least one story… Thanks to my wife, you are now able to read these stories of the world of Dione, i think you will enjoy
