Creative Expressions Arts Press founder Alys Caviness-Gober is a disabled artist, author, and publisher. Her company, Creative Expressions Arts includes the publications you will find here on lulu, as well as original artwork, including paintings and photography. She is the founder of two nonprofit organizations, including Community Education Arts, Inc. (CEArts), was juried into the Hamilton County Artists' Association in both 2D and photography categories, and serves with the Noblesville Cultural Arts Commission in Noblesville, IN. Alys is an ordained minister with a Master's degree in Anthropology. Her poetry reflects her own struggles and emotions regarding life-long disabilities, spirituality, relationships, domestic abuse, divorce, renewal, the joys of romance, life, love, friendship, dreams, mysteries, grief, and death.
