About
The Chapman Wordweavers Society
The Chapman Wordweavers Society is a creative writing group composed of independent writers, editors, and publishers. Founded on June 8, 2014, the group is mentored by Donna M. Kshir and Lee Cougardawn Roberts, who are the owners of Northern Books and the founders of Advocates United for Humanity. They also produce several podcasts and are highly respected child rights activists advocating for the establishment of a public child abuse registry for violent offenders in Pennsylvania. Donna and Lee were sponsored by PA State Rep Aaron Bernstine, and the trio appeared on The Whole Issue with Laurie Ann Smith. The proposed bill is known as PA HB849 Session 2025-2026. The goal is for each writer to discover and express their unique style and talent. Writers have the freedom to explore their creativity and are encouraged to share their visions. Each member is responsible for writing, editing, designing, publishing, and promoting their own work. The group includes a diverse range of writers and photographers, such as James Roberts, Vincent Tarantella, Glen Brooks aka DJ gLenie b, John Ruhl, Stephen F. Miller Jr., Herb Probst, Violet Blossom, Gladys Caroline, Donna K, JC Green, Cynthia Harkinson, Cynthia Probst, Brittany Nelen, Layla Anthony, Denise Maris, Michele Whitney, Katrina Catlin, L.A.
