The Fred and Harry stories began when I wrote them at primary school many years ago. They were so popular at the time that one of them was published in the North Kent University Student magazine. Now years later, they have been rewritten and brought up to date, whilst keeping the childhood innocence of the original stories. I now read them to my own daughters at bedtime and they love them. They are ideal short stories for children of any age, although aimed for ages between 5 and 13 years and are a fun and entertaining read. They contain simple story lines with an interesting twist and a dash of slapstick comedy. They can be read by children to help them with reading or by parents who enjoy reading to their children.
