Chinonso Cynthia Onukwugha-Ezeorah, an avid writer, is committed to providing strategic solutions to in business and education sector. She co-founded Idea Grid Designs (IGD), a graphics design and brand management company that provides design concepts for branding, marketing, and entertainment purposes. She also co-founded LeanOps, a business consulting and projects management company. Chinonso received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from The George Washington University and Masters of Science in Project Management from Northeastern University. She previously worked with AIESEC (locally, regionally, nationally and globally) where she led various committees, facilitated and moderated conferences on the areas of the marketing, business development and the 2030 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Chinonso is an advocate for brand management and empowerment through education both in Nigeria and in the United States. She is currently the Marketing Consultant and Academic Support Coordinator for Pearlville School in Imo State, where she spearheads the Entrepreneurship and Leadership Program as a way to maintain the school's vision of creating future global leaders.
