As an immigrant to the USA, I had to learn English as a foreign language. I was accepted to University with a proviso, "you have to take all these English classes and get at least a B+, or don't bother coming back for year 2," even though I was studying in the Engineering College. So naturally, I have decided to write books in English. My series "Minding my Business" is for those entrepreneurs who did not go to business school, and do not want to. Years of business consulting experience have led to those books. The exotic meats book is all about ... exotic meats. Why? Because they are tasty. Finally, a wonderful little girl -- the daughter of one of my employees -- stared at me in amazement when I told her that a coconut (the whole thing) is ONE seed. So there is a children's book all about coconuts, which is full of interesting information that will amaze most adults (dinosaurs and coconuts lived together, for example).
