Dr. Stephen J. Press is the Founder and 1st President of the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS) the world governing body for sports chiropractic. He founded and is still Chairman of the International Academy of Olympic Chiropractic Officers, and the Russian Chiropractic Association. In 1992, he was Chief Physician for the Winter Olympic Team of the USSR, in Albertville, France. Dr. Press has chronicled his family's genealogy in several volumes, becasue of a connection to Jacques Offenbach, and Calvin Klein, and has written an autobiography, a guide to patient's questions and answers in English and Russian, and now the definitive History of his professional specialty, Sports Chiropractic.
