I'm a native of Bluffton, SC. #7 of nine children. A Physical Education teacher for Beaufort County School System for 20 years. Married to a wonderful man, Ray, and the proud mother of Damien, "The Little Prince". While one day thinking of the pending prospect of the empty nest syndrome, as the time drew near for my only child to leave home for the Air Force, I started reminiscing about the special memories of his childhood, and thought 'I'd write them down. As I began to write, I noticed that all of my memories were in chronological order. So, I decided to put them in the form of a book, and so the "Little Prince" was born. The book is just an armature project, that I've purchased copies of for family members, but I'm very proud of it, as I am of my "Little Prince".
