Ms. De Poi uses real life experiences in her writing, giving her novels a true depth of feeling and believability unable to be captured by imagination alone. Her own personal humorous and dramatic events have been woven into the tapestry of her stories, imparting a fullness and richness to her tales. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Antoinette is a third generation American of Italian heritage and grew up surrounded by her extended family, with summers spent at the Jersey shore. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Ms. De Poi was employed in a variety of different jobs until she was able to become a stay-at- home mom and began to follow her dream of writing full time, penning poems, essays, short stories, and Inspirational Romantic Suspense novels. The author and her husband now live in one of the City’s many outlying suburbs.
