He has over 30 years experience as a user experience architect and technical writer and has provided consulting and training for over 100 companies and organizations across the United States and Canada and around the world. Scott is an STC Fellow, an ATD CPTD, a MadCap Certified Instructor for Flare, and the manager of the MadCap Flare certification program.
