Classroom Management sets the tone for learning. Once perfected, good management techniques always create such a wonderful classroom environment. While teaching in Camden Public Schools for seven years, my principal started sending other teachers to my classroom for pointers. After their successes, I started really understanding that there truly is a science to creating an orderly and creative classroom. I have written for you some of the techniques and suggestions that will help to make the first years of teaching successful and productive.
