Colin is a family man with two children and wanted to 'upgrade' from camping to having a camper van. After being unable to find a commercial camper van that matched his requirements and budget, he spent 12 month's researching bespoke camper vans and how they are built. This research allowed the Grace family to decide to take the leap and commence a camper van conversion project. However 3 major questions still existed :- 1) How long would it take to do 2) How much would it cost. 3) How should the electrics be wired up. These questions were the spark for the idea, to document and photograph the whole conversion process and project. This then naturally progressed to writing the camper van conversion book. The book was initially sold as an Ebook. Colin decided to publish a paperback after requests from Ebook customers and the large amount of positive feedback on the book.
