Spreading my love of pencak silat is primary. These resources are meant to be a guide for those interested in the pursuit of pencak silat generally, and Pencak Silat Pertempuran—Combat Silat, specifically. I have been fortunate to have and make opportunities to study pencak silat under some great teachers. It is my goal to distill pencak silat into a method that removes the mystery and makes it attainable, with the ultimate hope that some will "find" the movement of pencak silat as an expression of effective combat for themselves. The method of PSP is unique. It focuses a good deal of energy in addressing simple movements in a way that allows extraction into myriad solutions for combat. The bulk of the extraction being left for the practitioner.
