Welcome to my spotlight page. Born in Horsehay, a small village in Shropshire, I have lived nearly all my sixty four years in this beautiful, if not well known county, set in the heart of England. In my working life I was an estate agent who really wanted to be a writer. Now retired, I have more time to be a writer, who would really like to be a published author. I have long had a passion for writing for children and am a proud father of three sons, and three wonderful grandchildren. Sadly in 2014, I lost a good friend, Stephen Jukes. Stephen was a very talented artist who illustrated and inspired some of my work. He is very much missed! Nature and history always seem to play a significant part in my writing and I hope you will enjoy reading some of my stories as much as I have enjoyed writing them.
