Dr. Barnes has been preaching since 1974. He is an evangelist as well as promotional director of the Virginia Association of Free Will Baptists, head of Grace Mission, and founder of GRACE Outreach. He has served twenty years as a college professor in Bible, Greek, Theology, Homiletics, and Pastoral Studies, pastored churches in North and South Carolina. He holds degrees of B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. from Bob Jones University.
