Devon J. Noll, MPA, has a BS degree in Business Administration, a Masters in Public Administration, and post graduate, pre-doctoral work in public policy, focusing on sustainable governance and civic engagement. She sees our involvement in two wars, poor educational policies, lack of jobs and poor fiscal policy, a denial of climate and environmental issues by the current government, and the rising prices that are coming from fossil fuel dependence as all interconnected and in need of a comprehensive, interconnect solution which she proposes in this book. Devon has started Alternative Paradigm Publishing that will focus on such issues as the environment, politics, social issues, and offer help to others in getting published. She will be donating 20% of all royalties to feeding the hungry in America. She is married and lives with her husband and three Shih Tzus in La Pine, Oregon, where she writes and blogs on a variety of blog sites.
