About
Dina Zala
Hello, my name is Dina Zala. I have always been fascinated by the questions that have accompanied humanity for thousands of years: Who am I? Why do I exist? What is consciousness? And does life hold a deeper meaning? My exploration of these questions has led me through philosophy, psychology, the study of consciousness, and the wisdom traditions of different cultures. From this journey emerged Prāta Darbnīca (Mind Workshop), a space dedicated to exploring profound ideas in a practical, accessible, and meaningful way. My book, Beyond Identity, is not a religion, a doctrine, or an attempt to present absolute truth. Rather, it is an invitation to think, explore, and discover your own answers. I believe that the most important questions are not those that provide ready-made solutions, but those that inspire us to grow, evolve, and gain a deeper understanding of ourselves. Through my work, I seek to encourage curiosity, self-discovery, and a greater awareness of the forces that shape our thoughts, beliefs, and experiences. My goal is to help readers develop a more conscious relationship with themselves and the world around them. If you are interested in human nature, consciousness, identity, personal growth, inner harmony, and the search for meaning, I am honored to share this journey with you.
