Dr. Leo Parvis is the president of Embrace Publications & Consulting (a small publishing company dedicated to creating educational books & materials about diversity), a partner in diversitypromotions.com (a small company promoting positive messages about diversity through the creation of the “Embrace Diversity” logo & product line), an author of multiple diversity books & the “Eye on Diversity” column, and a principal instructor teaching diversity & global studies at Dunwoody College of Technology in Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Parvis is also a national diversity speaker presenting at multiple conferences and organizations. He & his partners also established National Diversity Day (the first Friday in October).
