Born in 1961 to dysfunctional parents in 1961, Donald Smalley has worked in media and comedy most of his adult life. Sworn Democrat for 40 years, he was shown the harsh reality of how things really are, and now presents his comedy to a conservative audience. Since Donald can't draw, he has incorporated some puppet characters that can play parts in some of his comedy features.
