Dr. Sherrá M. Watkins is a licensed clinical psychotherapist, higher education leader, speaker, and consultant whose work sits at the intersection of faith, well-being, and the lived experiences of Black women. She serves as an Associate Vice President for Student Health & Wellness at a higher education institution and is the founder of Sister W.E.L.L.S. Counseling, Coaching & Consulting, PLLC. She views her professional leadership as part of her ministry—expanding access, advancing health equity, and helping create systems of care that recognize and support people across all populations.
