Dr. Char Dennis is a distinguished educational leader, AI strategist, and communications executive with over 25 years of experience in higher education, public relations, and applied research. She is the founder and CEO of 1KMEG PR, a boutique agency specializing in strategic brand development, and host of My Style Live, a podcast exploring leadership, innovation, fashion, and education. Dr. Dennis earned her EdD in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, where her research used Social Learning Theory to inform strategies for improving student achievement and retention. A nationally recognized advocate for responsible innovation, she holds credentials in AI Strategy, Governance, Ethics, and Machine Learning, advising institutions on equitable and transparent AI adoption. Her career spans leadership in student success, professional development, and cross-sector partnerships, complemented by research in educational access and culturally responsive leadership. She also brings significant board experience as Chair of the Nashville Shakespeare Festival and Director for the Auburn University Alumni Association.
