Eva Chipiuk is a lawyer and public advocate with a deep appreciation for democracy, freedom and justice. Eva has been involved in numerous high-profile legal challenges against government action. Notably, she cross-examined the Prime Minister of Canada on the use of the Emergencies Act. Backed by a range of academic achievements including a Bachelor of Science, a Law Degree, and a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution, she founded Empowered Canadians and works towards championing the democratic rights and freedoms of Canadians.
