EDUC8theWORLD is a consulting firm designed to help our academic, corporate, and nonprofit clients navigate the ever-changing cultural, educational, and social landscape in our society. Our founders draw on their 20 collective years of expertise in activism, design, facilitation, and youth development to provide action-oriented solutions and improve outcomes for your stakeholders. Carlton R. Collins brings a wealth of experience in education with a decade of service ranging from recruitment of minority educators nationwide in Atlanta, program design & development for national initiatives, strategy for nonprofit clients, and college placement and career exploration for young people in Greater Cincinnati and Metro Atlanta. He specializes in bias training, Black male achievement, community advocacy and activism, direct political action, and social change theory. Rosalyn Robinson Collins is one of the brightest stars in higher education in Greater Cincinnati. She specializes in academic preparedness & success, diversity training for professionals & students, leadership development, and social justice education. She identifies as a purpose builder, space creator, and community educator. Through Be Journey, our founder believes that women who are too often the only in the room should reach their greatest potential and should feel confident and empowered while doing it. She also curates brave spaces and communities for women to experience radical self-care and authenticity.
