Emma is a compassionate and accomplished nurse, mother, and advocate for autistic girls. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a sub-major in Paediatrics and has a personal connection with autism as one of her daughters is autistic. Emma is an expert in paediatrics and has made a significant impact on the lives of children, especially those with special needs. She is also a strong advocate for autistic girls and women, working hard to raise awareness about their unique needs and experiences. Emma is working towards a post-graduate certificate in autism studies, enabling her to support autistic individuals and their families more effectively. Her first book, hot off the press is "Cupcake the unicorn". This book aims to raise awareness among children about the challenges faced by their autistic peers, emphasising the importance of understanding that sometimes, autistic children require extra time to manage their emotions before engaging in activities.
