Steve Ference
Steve Ference is an award-winning television news reporter who lives in New York’s Capital Region with his wife and daughter. Working at various news stations over the last decade, he’s covered the deployment of troops to the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, visits by Presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, and political races at the national and local levels. He has also extensively reported on the economic crisis. Steve covered a number of high-profile trials, including local and federal terrorism cases, and he reported on the Christopher Porco murder trial which received national attention. It became the subject of his first book, “November Memories: Inside the Christopher Porco Case.” Steve has also appeared on “Forensic Files.” Steve graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Politics and Broadcast Journalism.
