Joel Mark Flugstad is a pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. He graduated from Wartburg Theological Seminary, Dubuque, Iowa (M.Div., 1973) and Luther Seminary, Saint Paul, Minnesota (D.Min., 1987). He has served congregations in Woonsocket and Forestburg, South Dakota; Palhoça and Passo Fundo, Brazil; Altus, Oklahoma; San Antonio, Texas; Oklahoma City and Chickasha, Oklahoma.
