Frances Billinghurst is a practicing occultist with an interest in magick, mythology and metaphysics that spans over 30 years. She is also a prolific writer with her articles having appeared in over 45 publications including the Australian "Witchcraft" magazine, "The Cauldron", and anthologies including "Unto Herself: A Devotional Anthology to Independent Goddesses", "A Mantle of Stars: A Devotional to the Queen of Heaven", "Witchcraft Today: 60 Years On" and "The Faerie Queens". Her own books include "Dancing the Sacred Wheel", "In Her Sacred Name: Writings on the Divine Feminine", "Call of the God: An Anthology Exploring the Divine Masculine within Modern Paganism", "A Little Book of Wicca", "Encountering the Dark Goddess: A Journey into the Shadow Realms" and "Contemporary Witchcraft: Foundational Practices for a Magical Life". Frances is currently attempting to finalise her next projects while suffering from bouts of procrastination. When she is not writing, Frances is attempting to replicate the Hanging Gardens of Babylon on her patch of Australian dirt, creating unique beaded devotional treasures, and journeying between the worlds.
