Genie Webb writes picture books for the hardest, sweetest parts of early childhood. Her first book, Princess Lydi and the Baby Brother, follows a little girl learning to share her mother's love when a new baby arrives. Her second, Baby Daniel and the Bedtime Blues, takes on the nightly bedtime battle with a little magic and a lot of love. Both stories started with her own children's real moments: her daughter Lydia becoming a big sister, and her son Daniel's epic bedtime negotiations. She writes the stories she needed on her own hardest parenting days. Through her company Find the Light Books, Genie also creates companion coloring books and works to get books into the hands of families through schools, nonprofits, and community organizations. Her books are available in paperback and hardcover.
