Eugene Chiovari was born in a hospital when he was very young. Soon after, he relocated to a house with walls, a roof, and at least one floor, where he spent the rest of his time growing up. Eventually, he moved to another house where he stopped growing up. He finally settled somewhere vague and unverified, surrounded by mildly cooperative furniture and at least one drawer full of cables he refuses to throw out. Years later, he wrote some stuff and published it. His pastimes include designing Lenormand and Tarot cards, creating fractal art, photo manipulation art, human/A.I. hybrid art, image restoration, and serving as a singer, songwriter, and sound engineer for the band known as The Plastic Bastards—a name chosen with great care and absolutely no foresight. He also creates poorly made music videos for said band, often featuring questionable editing and terrible animation.
