Born in 1952, G. Eugene Russell began writing poetry while in high school at age 15. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1975 and taught high school art and photography during the 1980's. Eugene has been a creative artist working in painting media and photography off and on throughout his life. Since 2006, Eugene has written several non-fiction books published through LULU Press (LULU.com), including Yellow Sunshine (early poems), Another Road in Another Time: a Model A Road Trip in 1929, Six Wheels West, and Naturally Gay - a memoir. Mr. Russell is currently working on his first novel.
