About
Henry Livingston

Born on April 29 in Toledo, Ohio, Henry L. Livingston discovered early a gift for both storytelling and illustration—talents that would shape a life driven by imagination. At eighteen, he enlisted in the United States Navy, where discipline and life experience deepened the worlds he would later create. Even during his service, he spent his free time writing fantasy and science fiction, sketching the characters that lived vividly in his mind. That passion culminated in a published novel, multiple novellas, and a children’s Christmas book, with many more stories yet to be told. Expanding his creative reach, Henry also mastered website design and development, seamlessly merging art and technology to share his work with a wider audience. A lifelong tabletop gamer and Game Master, he sees storytelling as a powerful tool for connection. In 2004, he founded The Amplified Dojo, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering imagination, communication, and social growth through role-playing games. He later opened a coffee shop that became a welcoming hub for creativity and community. Now living in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville, Florida, Henry continues to write, illustrate, and inspire—crafting immersive worlds that invite readers to step beyond the ordinary.
