Theo Thiadens was professor IT governance at Fontys university of applied sciences. Theo published more than 15 books and 150 articles during his academic career. In this career he taught Information- and IT management at seven Dutch universities among which the universities of Amsterdam and Groningen and the Erasmus university. Before that Theo worked for the Dutch Navy, Foxboro, IBM, the Dutch ministry of Interior, the Kadaster (land registration), the IB group (execution of education regulations as for example student grants and loans) and the Dutch police.
