About
Janet Martin
Janet Martin has been a practicing lawyer since 1984. She graduated from Loyola Law School and has a degree in Business and Finance. She worked as a staff attorney for “Corporate America” in the banking and business franchise industries for over 2 decades. She is also a real estate investor and real estate coach. Bankruptcy pre-planning became a real interest due to the banking crisis, resulting real estate housing collapse, and the continued bad state of the American economy. Janet set out on a research project to determine how the bankruptcy laws and regulations can work for people with income and assets, yet still in financial trouble. Janet is married with 2 daughters, and continues to practice law in Mission Viejo, coaching and advising in the areas of Business, Franchise, Real Estate and Bankruptcy. She also offers low cost legal plans for individuals, businesses and employer benefits. www.janetmartinlaw.com
