Jan De Lange has spent his life leading — first in the secular world, then for Jesus. He spent over twenty-five years serving on Multinational Boards, building and running an international business, sitting in boardrooms and on governance boards, learning what it takes to lead people and organisations well. Then Jesus called him somewhere else. Jan has spent the last decade in full-time ministry — as Executive Pastor, church planter, Elder, and ministry leader — walking closely with churches, leaders, and the people entrusted to his care. He now serves as National Advisor for a church movement in New Zealand, helping churches, charities, and camps navigate governance and leadership well.
