My name is Jeff Rounds, I am an addict, alcoholic and codependent with PTSD and Bipolar Disorder in recovery. My recovery began in 1989 and it has not been a straight line. Either has my experience with religion and I am also a self-taught Omnist Reverend. Omnism is in brief, the belief in things that are universally true for all people and many of these things can be found in religion, philosophy and some science. I am also a minimalist and I write books that are short, to the point and lack a lot of drama. Finally I would like to mention that I started a company called Mixed Recovery, Inc. that is designed to educate the public about recovery and the things I have found to be universal truth.
