About
Jesur Habek
I am the author of Check In Everyday and the developer of its core observation method. I spent many years working for Fortune 500 companies as an analyst while earning my MBA. I found that traditional performance frameworks, coaching, and motivational narratives point developing employees toward attempting to fit into a cubicle. My work focuses strictly on naming structural conditions within work environments. By analyzing workplace cognition, I separate observable patterns from immediate emotional or managerial reactions, leaving interpretation open and application up to the reader. This analytical, restrained approach strips away judgment and advice to provide leaders and teams with baseline structural clarity. Beyond this framework, I enjoy studying authors like Socrates, Jung and Freud. My method has been influenced by the Socratic Method since I was a child. Jung and Freud's influence sits within my work from their work on the conscious. I introduce Freud's work of the Id and the Ego on Check In Everyday while the book explores more of the practice of Jung's work with the Shadow. Stay tuned for new material.
