Born in 1939 and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, James is a retiree with a penchant for writing and creativity. Double Trouble on Corned Beef Row, his first published work, is the result of two years of writing, research, and re-writing. He now lives in the nearby suburb of Glen Burnie with his wife Judy. James is a former business owner and amateur blacksmith. His book has been reviewed by the international magazine, EYE SPY, and recommended personally by its editor.
