Jim Stinson has published five novels, the latest of which is Tassy Morgan's Bluff, from Penguin/ Plume. He is currently writing a sequel. He is also preparing the third edition of his popular textbook, Video: Digital Communication and Production. Though he has spent most of his adult life in California, he was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and currently lives in Oregon with his wife, Sue.
