Jerry Jones is a graduate of Jackson State University and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has been a high school teacher, junior college instructor and a college Sports Information Director. He served two years in the Army and worked in the Nationl Center for Higher Education, Washington, D.C. Professional assignments were conducted in Vietnam, Italy, Switzerland, Vancover, Lesotho and the Bahama Islands His first book, "An Intimate Portrait of Earnest Henry Jones, Jr: Up Close and Personal" and The Book of Needmore: Chapters One, Two and Three continues to sell . Vera: A Carmalized Mocha is released July, 2016. He produced the photography exhibit, "Inside Liberia" which was aired on CBS, Washington, D.C.
