Mr. Morales is the founder of Don’t Sign the Lease, LLC (www.dontsignthelease.com) designed to provide essential tools and helpful resources for business owners including the Don't Sign the Lease Podcast. Mr. Morales has vast experience and knowledge of the office leasing sector on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Mr. Morales has represented high profile institutional landlords as well as local and regional property owners. Mr. Morales has also served as a Tenant Advisor to many local, regional, and national tenants including financial firms, law firms, universities, healthcare service providers and Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Morales is married with three wonderful children and resides in S. Florida.
