I am Mrs. Benita K Allen, wife, mother of two, grandmother of 6 and my joy is in journaling. Born in Birmingham, Alabama as a child and raised in Seattle/Tacoma, Washington as a young adult. Currently, Education Coordinator at the University of Alabama, Birmingham School of Medicine. Podcaster,now, Author of my first Journey Journal. I have earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology, Masters in Education and Masters in Philosophy. With that, teaching and learning are my passion and sharing my found peace through journaling is personal.
