Julie Jenkins is an Early Childhood expert who has owned and operated private preschools in the Sacramento, CA region since 1989. Julie is the current CEO of Caring Connection Children's Centers and continues to train, educate and inspire the new teachers in the ECE field with workshops, in-services and training program. As the author of Enlightened Discipline, Julie travels throughout the state of California to teach parents and teachers the philosophy and techniques of the Safe, Kind and Clean philosophy.
