About
Kae Anspoka

The pragmatic poet Kae claims to have picked up a notebook and started writing some lines when she was just a teenager. Encouraged by other poets at the time. She is not a teen any more, so her writings got typed in a digital document. Which, to everyone's surprise, then turned, tuned, changed, floated, got looked at, opened, corrected, fonts picked and arguments made if the Contents page should be at the start or the end of the book, and somewhere out of all that joy, excitement, frustration, new poetry written in notebook, tons of coffee drank and hours spent staring at the wall trying to remember "that one word, whatsitsname", somewhere there her first book The Book I Owed to Myself got published. The second book Where Feelings Come to Reason has gone through the same process. Be warned and be brave!
